Attractive, clear, strong all over design; complex and large shapes; excellent use of all 3 spaces; all color systems accurate; good blending of hues shown; work shows involved study and careful applications.

B+ B or B-

Good shapes and general use of the 3 background areas; most color applications very good to adequate; some sizes could have been larger and more color variety in the same shapes; some errors in shape drawing.

C+ or C

Good to acceptable shape designs; color sequences followed generally but some errors; meets expected design standard; color applications need improvement; background may not be completed.

C- or D

Stated directions for color sequences and background spaces were not followed; too many errors; color applications careless or scribbly; work looks hastily done.
