Design plan well organized with good variety of forms, many complex; well drawn; Repeat plan displayed very well.

Very well painted with sharp edges; colors organized well for allover attractiveness and balance; precise arrangement; very neat looking. Good suggestions for answers.

B+ B or B-

Overall design has good variety of line and form; well balanced; repeats seem equalized.

Most of design painted well; may need more precision; some errors in shape repeats; generally done well. Good suggestions for answers.

C+ or C

Satisfactory design; requirements met and arranged well; connections good but shapes may not be clearly executed.

Average painting quality and more control is needed; Outlining should have been done or more effectively drawn; Overall work may look unfinished. Not all questions answered.

C- or D

Design too simple or not enough differences; shapes need more definition; better organization and clearer drawing is needed.

General painting appears loose and uncontrolled; Shapes lose sharp definition; work may be incomplete; pencil lines may show. Questions omitted or not answered well.
