 The demo sketch to the left on 18"X24" tracing paper showed how the finished arrangement at right was planned with colored pencil, watercolor, marker, ink and cut letters. |

Both computer font and clip art were used as assists in the left poster. He resketched the instruments, and borrowed the font style, cutting out heavy stems and adding the crossbars. The right poster used a brayered background giving an irregular texture. Bottom letters were a cut-out font style. The lamp was a found clip art image. |
